I bought two tables and some chairs. One table was scratched, one chair after two days lost her form! About the table we have to keep it like that, the chair they said it is on the way and I can change the part that lost it form. Because I consider that German quality is better than in some other countries I ordered some other furnitures and hope that I will not be surprised! Actually I got surprised because I didn’t receive same color as I ordered Check photos

We have bought a mattress for our son which emits nauseating and possibly noxious odours, probably due to the foam. Following our complaint, we were told to ‘put the mattress in a room and heat it to the maximum with the window open to get rid of the odours’. We then had to insist (3 phone calls, 3 emails and a meeting on site) to get the mattress changed. Now they want to charge us for this exchange! During all this time our son has to put up with the smells and the potetial negative consequences for his health. I absolutely do NOT recommend this shop (although we have been customers for 10 years) because of - the lack of after-sales service, arrogance, slowness and denial in communicating with us - the lack of transparency about the quality of services - the lack of flexibility when it comes to exchanging mattresses (at Bico or Ikea they do it without any problems)

I recently purchased table, chairs and sunshade for my garden patio. I appreciated the variety of the catalog as well as the high quality of the materials. Customer Support from the sales representative was kind and prepared; delivery a bit slow (reason for the 4 stars) but went absolutely flawlessly, including booking and confirmation upon arrival. Sales Representative followed up post delivery to be sure everything was ok, that was also not common but really appreciated. Definitely recommended.

I could only get COUPON, NOT cash, for returning! I bought some lights here, then changed my idea and so went back to the store to return them, 3 or 4 days after buying them, without opening the packages at all. The staff told me that I could only get COUPON, NOT cash, because they have a policy to give cash if I had returned within 2 days after buying. As a result, I got hundreds of Euros of coupon, and wonder how to spend them at all. BTW, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. It is only the return policy that gets me so frustrated!

Absolutely not recommend No matter how many phone calls or e-mails I send during the month, there is absolutely no contact from either the delivery man or the sales person regarding the delivery date. The only way to find out when they plan to deliver my furniture is to visit them in person. On top of that, the quality is also terrible. I would definitely not recommend this place! Try somewhere else, such as XXXLutz. You can get the furniture for half the price, better quality, and much better service!
