Nice staff and friendly, but unfortunately with limited capability to handle serious issues on the after sales service (SAV), specially if the purchase was done on-line. Mobile AC (top brand) bought on-line started presenting error since day 1. They've been informed in the same week. But now, 18 days later, they refuse to exchange the product cause more than 2 weeks have passed. Following the law is not a great service: it's merely following the law. I'm very disappointed for the lack of effort of trying to find an alternative. FNAC+ serves for nothing.

I have ordered a mobile on 27 April 2024 from Darty online, they retrieved the money from my account but I never received my order. I tried contacting them, no contact information, just the vendor who did not send me the order but received my 200 EUR. Beware of buying anything from Darty and Smart Talent. They are thiefs, they steal your money and don't send the product for which you paid.

Totally happy with the service I received, I have been to this shop before but this time I found Mr. Mohamed 032816 a great shopper assistance. He didn’t refuse to provide support , and even went beyond his duties. He showed me the products i needed but also gave me advice on . I appreciated his help and the time he spent explaining and showing me the materials to use. I will be happy to come come to this shop if all the workers are like Mr Mohamed !! A passionate worker doing an excellent job .

Having read lots of negative reviews I was not optimistic: such places are often more interested in selling new devices than providing spare parts such as the one I needed for a Magimix coffee maker. But we were in for a pleasant surprise: a helpful young woman immediately asked if she could help, and pointed to my spare part. Even the cashier was charming. Merci Darty!
